Apple YouTuber Luke Miani claims that Apple plans to announce the new dark green color tomorrow and references the purple iPhone 12 which launched at last years Apple Spring event. It is possible for the new iPhone 13 color to launch since Apple seemed to only launch the iPhone 13 in 5 colors this year just like how they did with the iPhone 12. There’s room for one more color to be added to the lineup.

  • Apple might announce their new external display as well as the new “Mac Studio” at tomorrow’s event

    Image: RendersbyIan According to a last minute leak from Apple YouTuber Luke Miani, Apple is planning to announce their new external display and the new rumored “Mac Studio”. The new Mac Studio was rumored by Jon Prosser and recently rumored by 9to5mac. It’s supposed to be a Mac mini stacked on top of each other and hard curved edges. The new external display is supposed to replace the Pro Display XDR and it will also look very similar to the 24-inch iMac. The display will be 27 inches which will make it slightly larger than the iMac and smaller than the 32-inch Pro Display XDR. The display is also supposed to be cheaper than the current Pro Display XDR. It seems like the Apple event tomorrow will be packed with exciting announcements tomorrow if these rumors are true.

  • Apple’s next event titled “Peek Performance” will take place next week

    Apple has officially announced their next event titled “Peek Performance” which will take place next week on March 8 at 10 a.m. PST. This event like all other events because of the pandemic will take place virtually and you’ll be able to tune in online on apple.com or YouTube to watch it. The event is rumored to be jam packed with the new third generation iPhone SE, iPad Air 5, and new Macs. The iPhone SE has been rumored to be out now for a while. The design will remain the same with the key features being the new A15 Bionic chip as well as support for 5G. Apple will also launch the new iPad Air 5 which will get a new 12MP ultra wide front facing camera with support for Center Stage , have support for 5G, and have the new A15 Bionic chip. A new design is highly unlikely since Apple already refreshed the iPad Air 4 back in 2020. Apple will also refresh new Macs with Apple Silicon. Recent rumors claim that Apple is planning to announce a entry level 13-inch MacBook Pro as well as Mac mini which will both have the latest M1 Pro and M1 Max chips inside of them. Apple’s spring event will be jam packed with new products and you can watch it from your home on March 8 at 10 a.m. PST.

  • Apple suspends all product sales in Russia following the invasion of Ukraine

    Today Apple announced that it will halt all product sales and exports to Russia. It has also said that it has pulled Russian state media, RT News and Sputnik News apps from the App Store outside of Russia. Apple Maps like Google Maps has also disabled live traffic and incident reporting in Ukraine until further notice to protect Ukrainians from the Russian army. Apple said that it’s continuing to evaluate its actions on Russia following the invasion and will take additional measures if necessary. Apple is joining all other countries to back up Ukraine against the Russian invasion.

  • New leaked image shows Spring iPhone 13 MagSafe cases in four new colors

    Twitter user Majin Bu shared an image with new iPhone 13 MagSafe cases in four new colors which include yellow, dark green, purple, and orange colors. Apple normally launches new cases for the Spring and this is the new collection. Last year, the new cases were launched right after the Apple spring event. With the next event rumored to be on March 8th, it‘s possible we will see them in stores very soon. There will most likely also be new leather MagSafe cases, MagSafe wallets, and new Apple Watch bands.

  • New leaked iPhone 14 schematic shows actual size of the hole punch + pill shape cutouts

    According to a new image posted by Weibo user. The hole punch + pill shape cutouts will be even larger than we anticipated before. Jon Prosser claimed that he was able to independently verify this and believes the information shared on this topic is accurate. Ross Young leaked the new hole punch and pill shape cutout design earlier this year and this quickly eliminated rumors of Apple only including a hole punch cutout to replace the notch. Ross Young also claims that Apple will have 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch models for both the “Pro” and standard iPhones this year. The mini will no longer be included in the lineup. This mean there will be an iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Ross Young also claims that only the “Pro” iPhone models will have the new hole punch and pill shaped cutouts. The rest of the lineup with have it in 2023. iPhone 14 will have a radical new design and will have many new features. iPhone 14 like all new iPhones will launch in September.

  • Apple developed chip for autonomous driving with South Korean chip manufacturer

    According to The Elec Apple has partnered with a South Korean chip manufacturer to develop autonomous driving chips. Apple is reportedly working with South Korean chip and semiconductor manufacturer, OSAT, to test out chips which will be used for the Apple Car’s autonomous driving feature. OSAT will not manufacture the chips for Apple but will only test them out. Apple normally partners with Taiwanese chip manufacturer TSMC to develop their chips for the iPhone, iPad, Mac, and etc. The Apple Car has been rumored to be released for a while now. Apple is reportedly working on it under the code name “Titan” and it’s rumored to launch by 2027. The project is still in progress and is still being tested so it we won’t be seeing this vehicle from Apple anytime soon.

  • New report claims Apple might launch their AR/VR headset in 2022 as production tests have completed

    Image: RendersbyIan A new report from DigiTimes says that Apple has completed production tests for the AR/VR headset and therefore the headset will launch in 2022. DigiTimes claims that the Apple AR/VR headset has passed the second-phase engineering validation tests and will soon go through the design validation tests. Previous rumors from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman stated that Apple was having overheating issues because of the two powerful chips inside of the headset. DigiTimes still believes that Apple is on track to release them this year. Previous rumors suggested that the headset would debut at this years WWDC conference. Apple developers have recently found references to realityOS which is rumored to be Apple’s new operating system for the headset in the App Store upload section so it is possible that we could see it this year. The headset is still on its way and will most likely be the biggest announcement from Apple in the decade when launched.

  • iPhone 14 Pro design confirmed as Apple started trial production for the iPhone 14 lineup

The iPhone 14 Pro is rumored to have a hole punch plus pill shaped cutout on the top of the display. This will replace the notch which slightly shrunk with the iPhone 13 lineup. The iPhone 14 has already entered trial production which means that the design is confirmed and that we will be seeing the new design in September. Apple usually starts to test out the production process of iPhones in February tl see if there are any disruptions or problems before they start to mass produce them. There could still be features added to the iPhone later on but the chassis has been confirmed so far.

  • Apple is reportedly testing out 20-inch foldable displays for the Mac

    According to a new report from Ross Young, Apple is interested in foldable displays for the Mac. According to Young, Apple is currently holding discussions with display manufacturers to manufacture a 20-inch foldable screen which can be used on a future foldable Mac. Young claims that Apple could be trying to create a Mac that can serve as a display when I folded and serve as a laptop with a digital keyboard when folded. Young believes that the device could debut in 2025 or 2026 - 2027. Ross Young is a very reliable leaker and hasn’t gotten any leaks wrong so it’s possible Apple is working on a 20-inch foldable display for the Mac, but Apple also has a tendency to not experiment with their products and only release them when it’s full ready, so we probably won’t see this product anytime soon.

  • Apple’s foldable iPhones delayed until at least 2025

Apple doesn’t really seem to want to jump on the foldable smartphone train yet and still has delayed the release of an iPhone that will potentially have a foldable display. There were even rumors about Apple cancelling the project and not being interested in releasing one to the public. Ross Young previously said he believes Apple will release a foldable iPhone in 2023 but is now changing his date to 2025. He claimed that Apple isn’t in a hurry to release a foldable device and that they could take even longer to release a foldable iPhone.
