According to a new report from Apple analyst Ming Chi Kuo on Twitter, Apple is expected to update the front facing camera on the iPhone 14 with autofocus and a wider ƒ/1.9 aperture.
According to Kuo, the new wider aperture will improve the depth of field effect for photos and videos shot in portrait mode. Focus on video calls will be improved with the new autofocus feature.
Apple will announce the new iPhone 14 models at the Apple event in September.
