According to a new report from Ross Young, Apple won’t be bringing back Touch ID to the iPhone 14.

Touch ID has been rumored for a while now to be available on the iPhone alongside Face ID. Multiple rumors claimed that Apple is testing out Touch ID under the display to have two biometric sensors on the iPhone.

Reports claimed that the iPhone 13 will have Touch ID embedded into the display but then new rumors claimed Apple was planning on bringing the feature to the iPhone 14 models. Now, it’s not clear when Apple will actually bring it to the iPhone.

Ming Chi Kuo in his earlier report said Apple is still making slow progress on implementing Touch ID on the iPhone and that he expects it to be available sometime by 2023 or 2024.
