The iPhone 14 Pro models might feature a titanium chassis instead of stainless steel

The Apple Square

A new report from JP Morgan claims that Apple is planning to add a new titanium chassis on the iPhone 14 Pro models.

Currently the Pro model iPhones all have a stainless steel chassis. The basic models all have an aluminum chassis. Titanium is only available on the Apple Watch and the Apple Card.

It is possible for Apple to add a titanium chassis to the Pro models to give them a premium look, but this report is coming from JP Morgan which isn’t known for Apple leaks.

Perhaps Apple will be adding a titanium chassis on the Pro models to increase sales of the product. Most customers weren’t able to find a difference between the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro, so Apple is most likely trying to make the Pro models more appealing to get better sales.
