The iPhone 14 Pro Max has become really popular and accounts for about 60% of the total order increase of the iPhone 14 Pro models.
Apple analyst Ming Chi Kuo believes that this could lead Apple to further differentiate the iPhone 15 Pro from the iPhone 15 Pro Max inorder to encourage sales of the larger and more expensive iPhone option.
The demand for the new iPhone 14 Pro models have been really high and Apple has reportedly asked its suppliers to shift its iPhone 14 production to iPhone 14 Pro production since demand for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus are low.
A previous rumor from Bloomberg's Mark Gurman kind of backs up this claim since he reported that Apple might shift its "Pro Max" name to "Ultra" on the iPhone 15 lineup.
