Apple is anticipated to unveil a fresh lineup of iPad Pro models, possibly as early as March. Previous speculation hinted at a significant price surge, but a new report from DigiTimes indicates that the increase might not be as severe.
Initial rumors suggested that Apple was eyeing a starting price of $1,500 for the 11-inch iPad Pro with OLED and $1,800 for the 12.9-inch version, marking a substantial hike compared to current models which start at $799 and $1,099 respectively.
However, the latest report from DigiTimes suggests a more modest increase. Unnamed sources claim that the new iPad Pro models with OLED displays could see a price bump of around $160 compared to their predecessors.
Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has reported that the new iPad Pro lineup is already in production, along with the iPad Air and M3 MacBook Air. Apple is reportedly aiming for a March release for these new devices.
