A new HomePod model is coming as early as this year or early next year according to a new report from Apple analyst Ming Chi Kuo.
Kuo claims that there might not be that much innovation in hardware design but still hat made it clear whether or not the speaker will be an updated to the HomePod mini lineup or will be a replacement to the now discontinued HomePod.
He also claims that Apple is still trying to figure out how to succeed in the smart home speaker business since they’ve fallen behind Amazon and Google who have more popular smart home assistant speakers.
