Lowe's is now offering a unique in-store experience that leverages Apple Vision Pro to help customers design their ideal kitchen. This innovative service is currently available in select locations across North Carolina, California, and New Jersey.
The service, which launched in February, utilizes the Lowe's Style Studio app, compatible with the Apple Vision Pro headset. Customers visiting these select Lowe's stores can don the Vision Pro headset to access a customizable 3D kitchen environment. This immersive tool allows them to experiment with various materials, fixtures, and appliances, providing a realistic visualization of their future kitchen.
For those without a Vision Pro headset at home, this in-store experience offers an excellent alternative. During a one-on-one appointment, a Lowe's associate will guide customers through the extensive design process, which boasts 80 billion possible combinations. This personalized assistance ensures that customers can explore and finalize their kitchen plans with professional support.
Completed designs can be conveniently saved and shared in various formats, including PDF, email, text, or AirDrop. Additionally, all items featured in the kitchen designs are available for purchase directly through Lowe's, streamlining the process from visualization to actualization.
The Vision Pro demo will be available at the Central Charlotte, NC Lowe's from June 8 to June 12. Following this, the service will be offered at Lowe's stores in North Bergen, NJ, and Sunnyvale, CA, from June 22 to June 25. Customers interested in this unique experience can book their sessions online, with some availability for walk-ins.
This cutting-edge offering underscores Lowe's commitment to providing innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience, making it easier than ever to plan and visualize home improvements.
