Apple's forthcoming iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max are poised to introduce Samsung's state-of-the-art M14 OLED display panels, known for their enhanced brightness and extended durability. These panels integrate 14 advanced materials to elevate display performance significantly.

Recent reports from ETNews detail that the iPhone 16 Pro series will leverage Samsung's latest M14 screens, although specific brightness improvements have not been disclosed. However, earlier leaks suggested a potential increase to 1,200 nits for the iPhone 16 Pro, surpassing the 1,000 nits of its predecessor, the iPhone 15 Pro. This enhancement promises clearer, more vibrant visuals in various lighting conditions.

In addition to Apple, Samsung is also supplying the same M14 OLED panels to the upcoming Google Pixel 9 series, highlighting the industry-wide adoption of this cutting-edge display technology.

Moreover, speculation points to an expansion in screen size for both models in the iPhone 16 Pro lineup. The iPhone 16 Pro's display is rumored to grow from 6.1 inches to 6.3 inches, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max may increase from 6.69 inches to 6.9 inches, enhancing user immersion and viewing comfort.

Scheduled for release in September, the iPhone 16 Pro series aims to set new benchmarks in display quality and performance, reinforcing Apple's commitment to innovation in smartphone technology.
