Apple’s iOS 18.2 update delivers significant enhancements, including expanded language support for Apple Intelligence.
Introduced in iOS 18.1, Apple Intelligence offered advanced tools like smarter notifications and photo editing but was limited to devices set to US English.
With iOS 18.2, localized English support now extends to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, and the UK, allowing users to access AI features in their native English variants.
While non-English language support isn’t part of this update, Apple plans to address this in iOS 18.4, set for release in April.
Beyond language improvements, iOS 18.2 also brings updates to the Mail and Photos apps, along with bug fixes and performance enhancements.
