The iconic mobile game Flappy Bird is officially making a return to both iOS and Android in 2025.
The game, known for its simple but addictive gameplay, was originally pulled from the App Store in 2014 by its creator, Dong Nguyen, despite its massive popularity.
Nguyen has expressed interest in relaunching the app for years, but Apple’s strict App Store guidelines had prevented him from doing so. Now, with some changes and updates, Flappy Bird will finally be available for download again.
Fans can expect the same challenging mechanics they loved, while newer players will get the chance to experience the game’s nostalgic charm when it relaunches in 2025.
