China lockdowns delay iPhone 14 production

According to a new report from Nikkei Asia, lockdowns in China has caused the production of the iPhone 14 to get delayed.

The report claims that Apple has requested the suppliers to speed up the production. The delays are caused by the lockdowns in China which have suspended these factories from operating.

In a new report from analyst Jeff Pu, he claims that the production of the iPhone 14 Max has been delayed by three weeks.

Jeff Pu believes that Apple will have 91 million iPhone 14 units built by the end of the year.

The delays has caused Apple to start early production of its new iPhone 14 models which are expected to launch in September.

It’s still not clear if Apple will have to push back the launch of the iPhone 14 this year because of the production delays. Many products on Apple’s website like the Mac are taking a while to ship to customers and the delays has caused them to not being able to keep up with customer demands.
