Apple store in St. Louis files to vote for unionization

Apple employees in St. Louis have filed to vote to unionize by filing a petition with the National Labor Relations Board.

The employees have also partnered up with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers or IAM. IAM has shared a statement about the news on their website stating that the Apple store in St. Louis will represent 82 employees in St. Louis by unionizing.

Apple employees claim the company has lost its values and they're overworked and aren't properly treated.

They've become the third store in the U.S. after Apple store in Maryland and Oklahoma vote in favor of unionization. Apple store in Glasgow has also become the first Apple store in the U.K. for wanting to unionize.
