According to Apple Analyst Ming Chi Kuo, Apple plans to unveil the new AirPods 3 this Tuesday alongside the new iPhone 13 models at their September event.
AirPods 3 has been rumored for a while now and we even got leaked images of what it looks like. The AirPods 3 will have a new design with shorter stems and a new wireless charging case.
Ming Chi Kuo also reported that Apple is planning to still sell AirPods 2 as budget edition AirPods for a lower price. This could mean the AirPods 3 could have some sort of price hike or have a price tag of $199 like the current generation AirPods 2 with the wireless charging case.
The Apple September event will be on September 14th at 10:00 a.m. PDT.
