Apple launched their new Self Service Repair program which they announced last year. The new program will allow customers to purchase parts for their products and repair them on their own.
Currently Apple has only made the repair service available to iPhone users with the
iPhone 13, iPhone 12, and the new iPhone SE 3 all having parts available on the online store.
Apple also has a repair manual available to customers digitally on the website which will show you which you parts you need to repair your product.
All Apple parts for repairs are available on selfservicerepair.com. You can also rent a tool kit from Apple for $49 to help assist you with the repair.
The Self Service Repair program is a great way to repair your products by yourself if you already know how to do it. But Apple still has their own technicians who will do repairs for you.
