Apple launched a new service providing training courses and certification for the growing IT workforce to learn how to manage multiple Apple devices in a workplace environment.
The new course allows users to receive professional training from Apple for IT support and management in a online self paced format. There a two new courses and exams which will allow users to earn certification from Apple in Apple Deployment and Management, and Apple Device Management.
By taking the Apple Device Support course, users will learn about the tools, services, and best practices for supporting Apple devices. This course includes around 14 hours of articles and guided exercises to help train you.
On the other hand, by taking the Apple Deployment and Management course, users will learn how to configure, secure, and manage Apple devices using MDM or mobile device management. Users will also learn different deployment strategies.
The courses will have multiple levels which will improve your further understanding of the material and will allow you to take exams for $149 each after you finish them in order to receive certification.
