Apple is planning to launch the new M1X MacBook Pro sometime this month according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. This new MacBook model has been rumored to launch for a while now.
The new M1X MacBook Pro is supposed to have a major design change. There will be no Touch Bar. Apple is also planning to add more ports including the HDMI and SD card slot. There will also be MagSafe on the MacBook Pro which will replace USB C for charging.
The new M1X chip will be more powerful than the M1 chip and it will be more faster. There are also rumors of the chip having more GPU cores along with more CPU cores. The M1X chip will be able to handle more graphics oriented tasks.
Previous rumors suggested that the next Apple event will be on Tuesday October 12th and if this is true, then we should be recieving invites tomorrow.
