Apple introduced a new feature for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 models called Roadside Assistance via Satellite. The feature is similar to Emergency SOS via Satellite which was introduced alongside the iPhone 14 models last year. However, this feature allows you to contact roadside assistance if you're experiencing car issues in an area with no cell service.
This feature is currently only available in the United States and is being offered in partnership with AAA.
Apple includes two years of Emergency SOS via Satellite and Roadside Assistance via Satellite for free with a purchase of a new iPhone 14 or iPhone 15 model.
