Amazon's annual Prime Day event will take place on Tuesday, July 16, and Wednesday, July 17. Launched in 2015 and expanded to a two-day event since 2019, Prime Day offers substantial discounts on various products, including Apple devices. Deals will include both event-long discounts and lightning deals available every 30 minutes.
To access these deals, an Amazon Prime membership is required. Membership costs $14.99 per month or $139 per year, with a discounted rate for students at $7.49 per month or $69 per year, plus a six-month free trial for new student members.
Early Prime Day deals are already available, mainly featuring Amazon devices like Kindles, Echo Dots, and Fire TVs. Once Prime Day begins, expect a wide array of deals on tech, home appliances, clothing, toys, and more.
Prime Day deals will be available to Amazon Prime members in countries including the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, and many others.
Last year, Amazon hosted a second Prime Day event in October called "Prime Big Deal Days." It remains to be seen if a similar event will occur this year. Stay tuned for updates and the best Prime Day deals starting July 16.
